Differentiated instruction has emerged as an effective learner-centered approach that addresses students' diverse learning needs, interests, and readiness levels. This study examined the impact of differentiated instruction among 35 teachers from public secondary schools in Echague, Division of Isabela, using a descriptive research design and survey questionnaire. Results revealed that teachers generally agreed on the effectiveness of differentiated instruction (M = 3.95), with cooperative learning, games, activity sheets, and multimedia resources identified as the most frequently implemented strategies. Furthermore, significant relationships were found between teachers' demographic characteristics and their differentiated instructional practices. The findings suggest that differentiated instruction enhances classroom engagement and supports inclusive teaching. Continuous professional development and institutional support are recommended to strengthen teachers' competencies in implementing differentiated instructional strategies effectively.
