Abstract

This study examines how Green Transformational Leadership, Employee Engagement, and Green Organizational Culture influence Sustainable Employee Performance through Green Innovation Behavior at the Indonesian Maritime Security Agency (Bakamla RI). A quantitative survey was conducted among 165 employees at Bakamla RI Headquarters in Jakarta. Data were analyzed using PLS-SEM with SmartPLS 4. The results show that all three antecedents positively and significantly affect Sustainable Employee Performance and Green Innovation Behavior. Green Innovation Behavior also positively affects Sustainable Employee Performance and significantly mediates all three antecedent-performance relationships. The findings highlight the importance of integrating green leadership, employee engagement, organizational culture, and employee innovation into public-sector sustainability management.
